COBRA Admin Details
Our COBRA process: If you have an employee who terminates but wishes to continue with your company health coverage, please contact us at our service email, CustomerSupport@Rileyebi.com or call (310) 414-9524 ext. 3.as soon as possible.
For companies under 20: We will help you notify the carrier to ensure proper COBRA notification is sent to the former employee as well as any other qualified beneficiaries.
For companies over 20: We will help you partner with a COBRA administrator to take over COBRA notification as well as premium collection from the former employee or any other qualified beneficiaries.
